Return Policies

All books purchased from [AVA Orange] official website can be returned for a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided that the books are in their original condition and have not been damaged or used.

We have return policy only for India and that to the freight has to be paid by the receiver.

To return a book, please follow these steps:

Pack the book in its original packaging, if possible.
Include a copy of your receipt or order confirmation.
Write a brief note explaining why you are returning the book.

Once we receive your return, we will process it within 710 business days and issue a full refund to the original form of payment.

Exceptions

The following items are not eligible for return:

Ebooks are not refundable or return
Books that have been damaged or used
Books that have been shrinkwrapped and the shrink wrap has been opened
Books that are custommade or specially ordered
Books that are part of a set or series
