With over 23 years of IT experience, Shanthababu Pandian is a seasoned tech executive specializing in data science, generative AI, machine learning, and artificial intelligence. He holds three master's degrees (M.Tech, MBA, and M.S.), a bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering, a postgraduate degree in AI & ML from the University of Texas, and a certification in Data Science from IIT Guwahati. He is currently pursuing a PhD in AI at Anna University, Chennai.
Shanthababu has extensive experience in data engineering, analytics, and developing AI-driven solutions. He has successfully delivered projects for clients in the healthcare, financial, and retail sectors across the US and the UK. He is a master at implementing governance frameworks into place, directing agile, cross-functional teams, and creating AI-powered products.

Tanay Agrawal is a seasoned Deep Learning Researcher with over eight years of experience in AI and machine learning, having made significant contributions across multiple startups. He began his journey by working on an AutoML platform at MateLabs, enabling efficient and accessible machine learning model creation. Tanay then joined Curl HG, where he played a pivotal role in building SARA, an advanced Information Extraction Engine for energy trading sector. Following the company’s acquisition, he transitioned to Xplorazzi as an AI Researcher, focusing on retail technology, including automated checkout kiosks and retail surveillance Solutions.
As the author of the book Hyperparameter Optimization in Machine Learning, Tanay has shared his expertise through talks at esteemed conferences such as PyData London, PyData Delhi, and PyCon India.
In his entrepreneurial journey, Tanay co-founded TryonLabs.ai, where he developed a diffusion-based virtual try-on technology for garments.
